We are developing online classes. Some of the classes will be offered free and others offered at low cost to reach as many people as possible. Here is a list of classes to be offered:

• Macrobiotic Fundamentals based on Carl Ferré's Essential Guide to Macrobiotics and George Ohsawa's Essential Ohsawa
